We exclusively provide B2B custom clothing manufacturing services. We don’t have our own clothing brands. We don’t carry inventory. We are not an inventory distributor, nor do we support drop shipping (we ship directly to our clients).

For sample order, after confirmed both payment and design, we will finish production within 10-25 days.

For bulk order (50-3000 pcs), after confirmed both deposit and sample, we will finish bulk production within 25-30 days.

For sample order, sample charge should be 100% paid before production.

For bulk order, 50% deposit T/T before bulk production, balance T/T before delivery.

No we do not offer creative design service. But we offer in-house services for tech packs, making and grading. If you need, we can offer a tech pack based on your samples.

For stable cooperated customers (every month’s bulk orders quantity meet 300 pcs), all custom samples are free of charge.*

* Though we offer free custom samples for cooperated customers, the following charges should be paid by the customer (if any): samples express delivery charge; ODM fabric cost; ODM metal / plastic / silicone / PVC / accessories / embossed logo / tooling charge.

Yes. For both sample and bulk orders, we maintain close and efficient communication with our clients, providing timely updates on production progress whenever possible. Including, but not limited to, the following methods: memos, emails, instant messaging, online audio conferences, and online video conferences.

Yes. We offer free consultant for all cooperated customers.
